This recipe is definitely one of the easiest ones you will ever prepare and the end results are more than fantastic! Delicious keto spinach and feta flatbread is a wonderful addition to every meal or a delicious low-carb snack you can eat any time you want. It’s based on spinach, three types of cheese, the smallest amount of almond flour and one egg to hold everything together. All you have to do is simply combine the ingredients together and bake until firm and slightly crispy on top. Your keto spinach and feta flatbread is ready to be served.

If you’re in a season, it’s always the best option to use fresh spinach. In this case, boil spinach for a couple of minutes or sautee in a large pan until wilted. If boiling, make sure to squeeze as much liquid as you can before adding the remaining ingredients. If, however, you don’t have fresh spinach on hand, a bag of frozen and thawed spinach will be just as good. In this case, simply combine the spinach with the remaining ingredients and your flatbread mixture is ready for baking.

As for the cheese, I like to add some mozzarella, cream cheese, and crumbled feta. Adding mozzarella is always a good idea for similar flourless recipes because this cheese will thicken as it cools and hold the remaining ingredients together. When combined with just one egg and some almond flour, it will definitely work wonders and you won’t even notice the difference.

  • ¾ cup mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¼ cup spinach frozen and thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch salt
  • ½ cup feta crumbled


  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 
  • In a small bowl, combine together mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave until completely melted and then add spinach, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, and salt. Mix all well. 
  • Fold in feta and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Flatten the surface with a spoon to create the flatbread shape. Optionally, sprinkle with some sea salt.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
